Building a Hackintosh has long held an attraction. After spending months researching (and taking months of razzing from Prez) I finally found myself looking at an opportunity to build.

Using this as a starting point for the hardware, we placed our order with Amazon. The hardware order did vary slightly from the guide. Ordered the i7-950, a sweet LightScribe, and a more conservative looking case.

Olivia and i received all of the parts except the RAM. Started putting it together today. Will make power and data cable connections tomorrow.
